What it is

The Able Carry Daily Plus is Able Carry’s 21L everyday backpack in the Everyday Lineup. The official page describes it as “a 21L everyday backpack with high organisation, and comfortable cushioning in a clean minimalist design,” slightly larger than the Daily Backpack and “best suited for power packers looking to keep more gear organised.”

Official highlights on the product page (reviewed 2026-08-29): laptop sleeve that fits most 16” devices (max laptop size H38.5 × W26 × D2.5 cm), tablet sleeve that fits up to an 11” iPad, stealth / hidden bottle pocket with external access for up to 1L bottles, regrouped stretch admin, enhanced shoulder straps with ventilated 3D-molded cushions, and Able Carry’s A-Frame support. Official capacity is 21 L. Official dimensions are Height 49 cm / 19.3”, Width 29 cm / 11.4”, Depth 19 cm / 7.5”.

Face fabrics and weights vary by official colorway: Cordura (re/cor Nylon 1000D) at 1.28 kg / 2.8 lbs; X-Pac VX21 at 1.23 kg / 2.7 lbs; 1680D Ballistic Nylon at 1.38 kg / 3.0 lbs. Cordura pages list Ripstop Nylon 420D (Grey) interior; X-Pac Navy lists Ripstop Nylon 420D (Oat). Able Carry marks Two Week Test Run, Lifetime Guarantee, and Ships Globally on the specs block. Official FAQ: bags are water resistant with DWR, not waterproof.

Who it’s for

Use it if you carry a laptop most days and want a low-profile 21L work pack with assigned tech sleeves, front admin, and a zippered bottle pocket that disappears into the silhouette when empty. Official copy leans work-to-play everyday carry, not trail kit.

Skip it if you need a luggage pass-through (not stated on the official feature list), fully separate laptop access from outside the main compartment, or maximum open volume without organization eating into the main bay. Able Carry’s larger Max / Max EDC line on the same site is the step for people who want more travel-oriented capacity.

Honest verdict

Use it. For a work day that wants a minimalist 21L laptop backpack with a real bottle pocket and Able Carry’s A-Frame structure, the Daily Plus is the current Able Carry everyday default: 16-inch sleeve, 11-inch tablet sleeve, stealth bottle, lifetime guarantee, Cordura from $188 on the official site.

Do not buy it if you need suitcase pass-through or grab-and-go laptop access without opening the main compartment. The official layout is organization-first everyday carry. Re-review if Able Carry changes the $188 / $208 / $228 prices, the 21L specs, or the 16-inch laptop claim.
